Overview

Given the nature of our business there are no refunds or exchanges.  We do, however, attempt to reschedule appointments when possible. Details are below. 

Cancellation Policy – Your French Learning Centre, Inc.

• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable.
• 24-Hour Notice: Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
• Same Week Rescheduling: If no reschedule slot is available within the same week, the session will be forfeited.
• Less Than 24 Hours: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled and will be forfeited.
